Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your personal data from Who Are You? at any time. This includes any data we received when you signed in via Facebook (name, email, profile picture) as well as your assessment answers and report.
How to request deletion
- Visit our contact page.
- Select "Data deletion request" as the subject.
- Include the email address associated with your account (or the Facebook account you used to sign in) so we can identify your records.
- Submit the form.
Alternatively, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Data deletion request".
What happens next
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, as required by UK GDPR. Once complete, we will email you to confirm. Limited records required by UK tax law (such as payment receipts) are retained for 6 years as a legal obligation; these are stored separately and not used for any other purpose.
